Receiving Inventory Clerk
For this position, Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skill is required. A MS Excel test will be conducted as part of job interview. Position is for Electronics Component Receiving and Kitting per business requirement. This is Clean Electronic Manufacturing Operation Environment.
* Strong basic math skill is a MUST for this job. Able to use computer and Microsoft Excel & Word efficiently.
* Must have organization skill in stock room and data files.
* Person must be detail oriented and precise to requirement. Must be able to lift up to 15-20 lb boxes.
* Prior Kitting experience, BOM (Bill Of Material) knowledge or Electronics Component knowledge is a big plus.
* Able to communicate (in email or verbal) with Vendor for expedites, shortages, process RMA, report errors to Procurement etc.
* This is fast paced environment. Responsibility, cleanliness, efficiency, accuracy, repeat-ability, organization skill, attention to detail, swiftness, MS Excel Skill, taking ownership of task and completing task in time are the most critical requirement of this job.
Education: Minimum High School Graduate with Computer skill.

SMT Process & Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description:
Flextron Circuit Assembly (An AS9100, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Company) is looking for SMT Process & Manufacturing Technician.
-SMT Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing programs for all SMT and PTH circuit board assembly equipment.
-Program development will include but not limited to Pick and Place, Screen Printing, Reflow Profiling, AOI, SPI, Selective & Wave Soldering.
-Job duties will also include machine operation, setup, maintenance, training, and helping operators on machine operation and setup, and ensuring proper program performance and efficiency.
-Support ECN/ECO and customer changes to programming during production runs.
-Works with production, engineering, and machine operators to maintain equipment and to ensure efficient operation of work centers to meet production schedules.
-Troubleshooting program/process/machine issues and fault corrections.
Requirements:
-Creates and updates programs for Pick and Place, Screen Printing, Reflow Profiling, AOI, SPI, Selective & Wave Soldering equipment with CAD and Gerbers.
-Follow ECN/ECO/BOM Documentation in accordance with Engineering and ISO guidelines.
-Schedule equipment maintenance in conjunction with production schedule.
-Help in the equipment maintenance and repair of all equipment utilized in the manufacturing operation and perform out of cycle maintenance as required.
-Able to call machine support hotline to resolve any blocking issue and order required spare parts.
-Assists process engineer in locating parts and supplies needed for emergency line maintenance.
-Logs machine maintenance, spare parts inventory, etc.
-Interprets assembly drawings. Works with production team to interpret assembly work instructions & creates work instructions as necessary.
-Ensures product meeting IPC requirements. Helps implementing departmental goals of continuous improvement.
-Report equipment status and improvements to management team.
-Any other duties assigned.
Required Skill Set:

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot circuit assemblies to component level.
- Setup component pre-programming, Functional Testing and In-circuit Testing. Train Testers.
- Record test & troubleshooting results accurately in Test logs for FPY, RMA and Defect Tracking.
- Prepare Test and Inspection Reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and keep area well organized & labelled.
- Follow & Contribute to Work Instructions, ISO & IPC Guidelines, SOPs and Company Policies.
- Perform other responsibilities as instructed.
- Document test plans and activities. Train Test Operators.
- Work and communicate with customer engineering to understand & implement setups.

Qualification Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Great verbal and written communication skill.
- Ability to create Test setup, Test Instructions and follow Supervisor’s instructions.
- Must have Component & Component level troubleshooting knowledge.
- Able to pre-program components, working knowledge of Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply & Test Fixtures.
- Must have good documentation practice, clean & well-organized work practice.
- Must have Computer & MS Office application working knowledge.
- Ability to create test and inspection reports with minute details.
- Self-motivated, work alone and work with team.
- IPC & ISO knowledge is plus.
Experience:
- 2 year in electronics circuit testing & component level troubleshooting including but not limited to AC, DC, RF, and Digital & Analog circuits.
- 1-2 year in written, communication & computer skills.
